HSM Community Group Interest Form

Community Groups are a key part of our High School Ministry at Hillside! Our prayer is that each of our students would dive deeper into Christ-centered community, in God's word, and in their relationship with Jesus by joining into a community group.

This form is specifically for 9th-12th Graders interested in joining a group. HSM Community Groups meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm in the homes of our Student Ministries families or leaders. There is a home for each grade level, and students break into discussion groups by gender (gender here refers to biological sex assigned at birth). Our host families care deeply about discipleship and this generation of students, and our groups are led by our amazing adult leaders who have been background checked and interviewed by our Student Ministries team.

High School Community Groups will resume on Sept. 3, 2025.

Please note: If your student is already in a community group, they do not need to fill out this form. They will automatically be added to the group for next school year, unless you reach out and let us know they are no longer able to be a part of the group.
