HSM Community Group Interest Form

**This form is specifically for HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS (9th-12th Grade) interested in joining a group. HSM Community Groups meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm and will begin on Wednesday, January 22. Our HSM Community Groups meet in the homes of our Student Ministries families or leaders by grade level, and break into discussion groups by gender (gender here refers to biological sex assigned at birth). Our host families care deeply about discipleship and this generation of students, and our groups are led by our amazing adult leaders who have been background checked and interviewed by our Student Ministries team. Student Community Groups are a key part of our Junior High and High School Ministries at Hillside! Our prayer is that each of our students would make the decision to dive deeper into Christ-centered community and into their relationship with Jesus by joining into a community group.
